Reports
Physician Report ($19) and Market Comparison ($79) are digital reports. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed and lasts 12 months. Checkout shows the scope, the data years, what is included and any known coverage limitation before you pay, and a report that cannot deliver its analysis cannot be bought. For that reason, a delivered report is final sale for a change of mind. There is no free trial.
When we fix or refund

| Duplicate charge | You were charged twice, or bought a report that a purchase of yours already covered. We refund the extra charge. |
| Access or delivery failed | The report does not open, a download fails, or access did not start after payment. We fix the access, or refund if we cannot. |
| Not as described | The report differs materially from what the page and checkout described: the physician, specialty, market, data years or included results. We fix it, or refund in full or in part. |
| A remedy the law requires | Any right you have under consumer law that applies to you is not limited by this policy. |
How to ask
- Use Support (from the purchase on your account page, or enter its purchase number in the form), or write to ben@claimlight.io from the account's email address.
- Say what went wrong. We reply by email and record the outcome.
- A refund goes back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. A full refund ends the access from that purchase.
Purchases made before the current reports
The earlier products (Provider unlock, Local report, Market Report, 30-day pass, 12-month access) keep the refund they were sold with: in full within 7 days of purchase, no reason needed. Each such purchase made in the last 7 days has a Refund button with its last day on your account; you can also write to us within the 7 days. If that purchase's report credit is reserved for a checkout or has been used toward a Market Comparison, the refund goes through support.
Subscriptions
ClaimLight sells no subscription today. When the professional subscription is offered, it can be cancelled at any time in the billing portal; access continues to the end of the month or year already paid, and there is no prorated refund.
